Temporary Client Stop at Dierenkliniek Vondelpark
At Dierenkliniek Vondelpark, personal attention, high-quality care, and sufficient time for every pet and owner are at the heart of what we do. In order to continue providing this level of care, we have decided to temporarily pause registrations for new clients.
Over the past period, the number of patients at our clinic has increased significantly. We are very grateful for the trust that so many pet owners place in us, and we feel a strong responsibility to meet those expectations. By temporarily not accepting new patients, we are creating more space and peace of mind for our current clients, our patients, and our team.
This allows us to:
- continue giving sufficient time and attention during consultations;
- keep waiting times as short as possible;
- maintain the high quality of our veterinary care;
- keep the workload within our team healthy and manageable.
We understand that this may be disappointing for people who would like to register with our practice, and we hope for your understanding regarding this decision. At our other locations, Dierenkliniek Spaarne and Kattenkliniek Sarphatipark, we are still accepting new clients.
As soon as we are able to welcome new clients again, hopefully after the summer months, we will of course communicate this through our website and social media channels.
