Canceling or changing your appointment
We are happy to take time for you and your pet. If you cannot make it to your appointment, we would like to be able to give the time reserved for you to someone else. Therefore, we kindly ask you to cancel or change your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. You can do this by Whatsapp, e-mail or phone. If you fail to do so, we are unfortunately forced to charge you for part of the scheduled time. We use the following guidelines for this:
- The first time you do not show up for your consultation or cancel or change it too late: you will receive a message from us, but no invoice
- The second time you do not show up for your consultation or cancel or change it too late: you will receive an invoice from us for €25,-
- The third time or more you do not show up for your consultation or cancel or change it too late: you will receive an invoice from us for €50,-
- If you do not show up for your surgery / dental treatment or cancel or change it too late: you will always receive an invoice of €50,-
Do you have a complaint?
We do our utmost best to always give you and your pet the best possible care and attention. Unfortunately, it may occur that you are not satisfied. In this case, we are eager to receive your feedback. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The management team of De Dierenkliniek will process your mail as soon as possible. We will do our best to answer and handle your complaint within 3 days in accordance with our complaints procedure.
