Hi, I’m Meagan!

I too grew up with dogs and cats. It wasn’t until I got my swimming diplomas that I finally got to go horseback riding. The love for animals only grew and made me decide to do the education for veterinary technician, which I graduated from in 2019.

Even before obtaining my diploma, I was allowed to come and work at the veterinary clinic where I did my internship and have enjoyed working there for many years, gaining knowledge and experience in this wonderful profession. Since July 2024, I have been allowed to be part of the knowledgeable, cheerful and sociable team at De Dierenkliniek! 🙂

One of the things during my career that has stayed with me is when a chicken came and kept falling over. It turned out he had eaten so much grit that his crop had become very heavy. In the end, 1.5kg of grit came out and the chicken went home happy.
Besides working in practice, I like to ride horses and hike.
