Every day I walk into Dierenkliniek Vondelpark with a big smile, because working with animals is something I do with immense love. No day is ever the same, and that’s exactly what makes it so enjoyable. I truly thrive in emergency situations, enjoy working in the operating room, and take great care of animals that are hospitalized. The adrenaline, the teamwork, and the feeling that you’re truly making a difference give me a lot of energy.

But I also feel completely at home at the front desk. Helping clients, offering a listening ear, and making sure they leave with a sense of reassurance is just as important to me. That combination of caring for both animals and people suits me perfectly.

Outside the clinic, I like to stay active. I work out 4–5 times a week, and when I really want to unwind, I hop on my motorcycle and enjoy the freedom of the open road. Just like in my work, I love action, variety, and passion, and that’s reflected in everything I do. One day, I hope to ride my motorcycle on the racetrack.
I also love spending my weekends doing fun things with my boyfriend. Neither of us can sit still, so we’re always out and about.
