Personalised travel advice

To take your pet abroad, you need to comply with various laws and regulations. The rules vary from country to country and from species to species. At De Dierenkliniek, we are happy to give you travel advice and offer the option of receiving personalised travel advice for your pet. This will include the regulations of the destination country, any required examinations, necessary vaccinations and whether a health certificate or owner’s certificate is required.

Requirements for travelling with your pet

Our vets are certified veterinarians registered in the CIBG Veterinary Medicine Register. We are therefore qualified to help you with the requirements regarding travel. These include:

• Administering and registering mandatory vaccinations and deworming
• Requesting and submitting mandatory blood tests
• Conducting and issuing a health certificate
• Completing and signing mandatory travel documents
• Issuing a European pet passport
• Placing and registering a microchip
